Isograph care and maintenance tips


First fill
1. Unscrew cap and barrel

2. Pull off reservoir

3. Hold reservoir at a slight tilt and fill up to the marks on the


reservoir. Put reservoir on the front part. Screw on barrel,
push-on sleeve and cap

4. Shake gently

Refilling

1. Unscrew cap and barrel.

2. Pull/twist off the reservoir

3. Tap any remaining out of the nib (tip pointing upwards)

4. Hold reservoir at a slight tilt and fill up to mark on reservoir. Put


reservoir on the front part. Screw on barrel, push-on sleeve and cap

5. Shake gently

Fast cleaning during brakes


1. Unscrew cap

2. Pull/twist off the push-on sleeve (if sleeve is stuck tight, use extractor
in cap)

3. Wipe out helix with a lint-free cloth

Isograph thorough cleaning


1. Unscrew cap and barrel. Remove sealing insert from cap.
Remove reservoir. Pull/twist off the push-on sleeve

2. Never disassemble the drawing nib, as this will void the warranty!!!

3. Use rotring cleaning aids: fill cup half-full with water - add cleaner
concentrate - place disassembled pen parts in basket - shut unit
and turn upside-down - cleaning solution rinses through the pen
parts  for "overnight"-cleaning of even the most stubborn ink
residues

4. After cleaning, rinse all components with clean water and dry
carefully
