Techrel failed to deliver right candidates in the given time to their clients
in case of more experienced candidate

They didn't maintained proper database of candidates which might be

very useful.

Techrel is expanding itself now, but they have taken too much work from
their clients and due to which they are failing to deliver candidates to
their clients.

Suggestions

As they are expanding they should add more recruiters in their team.

They should maintain proper database of the candidates.
