    1. During Commissioning of HP Separator first fill up the HP Separator(V116001) with water.

    2. After filling up the HP Separator drain out this water.


    3. Again fill up the separator with water and pressurized it with nitrogen up to 7
    bar(kg-f/cm2).
    4. Check the functioning, opening & closing of control valves and all instruments
    properly.
    5. Do loop check of instruments.
