GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Washing Machine module replicates a washing machine
in operation. Replicated functions include simulated hot/cold
water supply and drainage, temperature control, water level
control, motor speed control and sequential cycling according
to operator programmed commands.
The operator determines the washing parameters by setting
switches (water level and water temperature). A visual
representation of the washing machine in operation is done
via LEDs with valves opening and closing, the system motor
being turned on/off, and progress of the washing cycle are all
represented. Within the PLC, the operator can set the timing
and speed controlling parameters for each washing cycle
activity pre soak, wash, rinse, or spin.
