ANNUAL AUDIT SERVICES
Huntsville Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking proposals from professional, qualified firm and/or individual(s)
to provide annual audit services for HHA, Huntsville Senior Apartments, LP and 360 Properties Huntsville, LP., and tax
services for Huntsville Senior Apartments, LP., and 360 Properties Huntsville, LP.
Proposals to provide this service will be received at 200 Washington Street, Huntsville, Alabama 35801 until
11:00 A.M. CST, November 19, 2015. Proposal documents are available through National Association of Housing and

HHA reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals, make the determination as to what is equal to the
specifications, or to waive any informality in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal, which, in its opinion,
may be in the best interest of HHA.
