1. Vt liu:
Ta chn nha PP (Polypropylene). V nha PP c c tnh:
- PP l cht do trong sut, khng mu, khng v.
- C bn ko, n nh cao.
- L cht do c trng lng nh.
- D chy, kh dn.
- Mc tinh th ha: 56 63%.
- Khng ha tan trong dung mi hu c nhit thng.
iu kin gia cng:
- Nhit chy: 220 2800 C.
- p sut phun ln ti 1800 bar.
- Nhit khun: 200 800 C, thng l 500 C. Mc kt tinh c
xc nh bi nhit khun.
- Tc phun: theo nguyn tc th tc phun phi nhanh kh ni ng
xut. Nu b mt chi tit xut hin khuyt tt th nn s dng tc phun
chm nhng nhit cao.
- T trng nha:
- c im ca vt liu nha l tng i nh. T trng ca cc vt liu
nha thng dao ng t 0,9 2,0 gram/cm3. Ni chung nha nh bng
nhm, nh hn t 5 7 ln so vi st, thp, ng c bit cc loi nha
khi gia cng thnh sn phm xp c t trng rt thp (0,02 0,1 gram/cm3

Ta click New to n v mi. V d ta t tn n v mi l thong


sau thit lp cc n v cho n trong mc Units nh hnh bn di.
- Sa khi to sang ta chn n v Click Set chp nhn n v va mi
thit lp.Khi phn mn s xut hin hp thoi Changing Model units
vi 2 la chn:
Convert Dimenstions ( For example 1 becomes 2,54mm): bn c
mun quy i 1 ich thnh 2,54mm hay khng.
Interprect dimenstions (For example 1 becomes 1mm) : Bn c
mun quy i 1 nich thnh 1 mm hay khng.
Do khi thit k ta quy nh cho bn v l h n v mm nn ta chn Convert
Dimenstions ( For example 1 becomes 2,54mm)

Sau khi Set n v xong ta chn Close. Ta s c n v nh ta Set.

Qua trang Analysis ta chn Mass Properties Sau Click vo biu tng
mt knh xem khi lng sn phm:

Qua kim tra ta thy khi lng ca sn phm l 26,93 gram.

di phn <=Min hin YES.
- Ni mu ca chi tit l ni c th dy hn gi tr mnh nhp.

Kt qu:
Vi kt qu ny, ta thy vng mu xanh da tri phn ui sn phm l
vng thch hp nht t cng phun, cn nhng vng mu l nhng
vng m nu ta t v tr ming phun th s in y nha vo sn phm
s km nht v cc khuyt tt s xut hin nhiu nht. Th t u tin t
v tr cng vo nha l t mu xanh da tri n mu theo ct bn
phi.
Qu trnh Gate Location s cho ta vng t v tr cng phun thun li v
d dng nht cho qu trnh in y nha vo khun v cht lng sn
phm tt nht. Nu y l vng m ta nhn thy d dng thit k cng
phun th ta nn chn vng ny t cng phun vo nha.
Tuy nhin cn tu thuc vo c tnh thm m, cch b tr lng khun
m ta quyt nh v tr t cng phun cho sn phm.

1. Chn v tr cng phun.


Sau khi phn tch CAE bng phn mm Moldflow 2010. Da vo kt qu nhn
c t phn mm th v tr t cng phun tt nht l vng mu xanh da tri
phn ui sn c xung quanh v tr l treo. Nhng m bo cho vic in y
d dng ta chn v tr cng phun ni dy nht, v sn phm khng yu cu cao
v mt thm m. Nn ta chn v tr cng l ch gia phn thn , ni dy nht
ca sn phm v v tr ny theo kt qu phn tch CAE cng kh tt.

2. Kim tra ng hn.
Sau khi phn tch CAE bng phn mm Moldflow 2010. Da vo kt qu
nhn c t phn mm th ta c th quan st c khuyt tt ng hn

3. Kim tra s tp trung bt kh.


Sau khi phn tch CAE bng phn mm Moldflow 2010. Da vo kt qu nhn
c t phn mm th ta c th quan st c s tp trung bt kh trn sn phm
nh hnh sau:

Nhn xt:
S tp trung bt kh xut hin nhiu cc v tr cc u rng ca lc.
S tp trung bt kh xut hin nhiu cc v tr ny l nhiu nht v chng
xa v tr cng phun nn khng kh b dn nn v l nhiu nht. nhng
cng khng nh hng nhiu n yu cu thm m.
S tp trung bt kh xut hin cc v tr khc l nh li khng nh hng
n tnh thm m ca sn phm, v vy ta khng cn phi khc phc.
Kt lun:
S tp trung bt kh l do khng kh trong khun khng c y ht ra khi
khun khi phun nha vo m b kt li trong khun hoc do tc phun nha
qu nhanh lm cho khng kh b ln vo trong dng nha v nha khng thot ra
kp thi.
S tp trung bt kh xut hin nhiu v tr u cc rng. Nhng v tr ny
gn vi mt phn khun v vy gim bt hoc lm mt s tp trung bt
nhng v tr ny th ta nn thit k chnh xc h thng thot kh mt

Knh nha l on ni gia cung phun v ming phun.

Khi thit k knh nha cn ch cc nguyn tc sau:
Knh nha phi c thit k ngn c th nhanh chng in
y khun m khng phi mt nhiu p lc hay nhit.
Kch thc ca knh nha phi nh lm gim ph liu v
lng nha trong lng khun, nhng phi ln chuyn mt

1. Tm quan trng v mc ch ca h thng lm ngui. (Ngun: Bi

a. Tm quan trng:
Nh chng ta bit thi gian lm ngui chim khong 60% thi gian ca

cho ngun nc cung cp cho c h thng. Thng thng th ng nc
