Blessing
in Disguise
One of the most important leadership
qualities I learned was from Henry Ford:
Dont find fault, find a remedy.
As you all know, we have just
returned home from a fantastic Eagle
Managers Retreat in Lake Tahoe.
To see many of our leaders enjoying
the beauty of Lake Tahoe, learning
about new programs and incentives
and spending time together was a
wonderful sight and something I have
come to look forward to each year.

Over the next several days,

Eagle Managers from
all over the world
would hear these
messages from the
Executive Team, GLT
and just by speaking
to each other truly
an uplifting sight.

Our fantastic Events Team planned every

part of the Eagle Managers Retreat
down to the smallest detail. However,
as is true in life and in business, things
do not always go according to plan,
and thus, we find a remedy.

If you were there,

congratulations on your
achievements! If you
were unable to join us,
why not? We are halfway
through qualification for Eagle
Managers Retreat 2015, and there
is still plenty of time to qualify. What
can you do different this year to
make sure you dont miss out on
the fun in Cancun next year?

As we prepared for Group 1 to

arrive, the unthinkable happened weather cancelled several flights,
and some of our Distributors were
stranded at the airport, but they
were not alone Navaz and I were
also at the airport, unable to get to
Tahoe. In what seemed like only a
few minutes, we had gathered all of
the Distributors at the airport and
secured a bus to take us all to Lake
Tahoe, a five hour drive. During
the drive, we had a wonderful time,
taking pictures and sharing stories.
Those flights being cancelled were
actually a blessing in disguise, and
this unplanned adventure exemplified
what the Eagle Managers Retreat is all
about to lead and be adaptable, to
help others, and to love what you do!

This year, the GLT arrived into Reno,
Nevada where they spent a night
at the luxurious Peppermill Resort
before heading out to the Northern
Californian wilderness and Greenhorn
Creek Ranch. This is a wonderful,

authentic Cowboy Ranch that was to

be home for the GLT for a few days.
On arrival, the GLT were given the
theme for this years Summit
Unplugged. Leaders were invited
to put their laptops, iPads and smart
phones into a bag for the duration
of their stay so that they could
concentrate their time and efforts
on what is most important for this
summit relationships, future plans
and relaxation.
As well as some very productive
strategic discussions about future

plans, the group was able to enjoy

horseback riding, skeet shooting, some
karaoke and an incredible cook-out in
the wild forest surrounding the ranch.
The 2014 GLT Summit was a unique
occasion where friendship bonds were
made stronger and much fun was had
by all. For a while these leaders were
Unplugged but you can guarantee
that they are now fired-up and more
focused than ever on the future of their
businesses and on this great company
of ours, Forever.

This years Eagle Managers Retreat in Lake Tahoe was a weekend of training,
networking, and fantastic fun. We brought together some of our high performing
and ambitious Managers to the inspirational setting of Lake Tahoe to share best
practices and ideas in the pursuit to the next level of success.
DAY 1

The breakfast room on the first day

of the Eagle Managers Retreat was
buzzing with a unique energy and the
anticipation of what was to come.
This opening meal included a new
innovation - the Forever Lite Ultra
SHAKE STATION! What better way
to start the day than with a freshly
prepared, protein and nutrient-rich
shake?
Following breakfast, the Eagle
Managers were escorted down
to a specially constructed tent
outside of Harveys Hotel which
was to be the host venue for the

High Flying Training, a session

that was specifically tailored to the
next stage of development for the
Qualifiers in the room. The trainings
included The Right Activities to
Build a Bigger Check, the launch of
the new Forever2DRIVE incentive
and Why Qualify for all Incentives?
There were several top Distributors
and GLT members who shared their
best practices and business building
tips. The sessions were closed with
inspirational presentations from
our President Gregg Maughan and
Founder Rex Maughan. Hearing Gregg
and Rex speak about how to build your
business with Paks, enriching lives
through the Eagle Manager program,

and how Forever strives to pay the

highest bonuses in the world were all
fantastic reminders of why Forever is
the greatest opportunity in the world.
One of the highlights of the EMR event
was an invitation to attend The Groovy
Aloe the coolest Disco on the planet!
This party night invited everyone to
dress in Disco outfits from across the
decades and dance the night away
to the Groovy Aloe House Band, Pop
Fiction. It was a unique evening of fun
with the dance floor continuously full of
Distributors from dozens of countries
coming together to strut their funky
stuff!

DAY 2
After the excitement of the night
before, the Eagle Managers were
given more freedom to choose what
they wanted to do on their second
full day in Lake Tahoe. The Global
Leadership Team offered optional
workshops including how to build
toward achieving Chairmans Bonus
Level 3, how to use FLP 360 to build
your business, how to go Diamond
and more - all designed to move their
Forever business forward. If Qualifiers
wanted to enjoy more of the beautiful
outdoors then they could participate
in horseback riding, hot air ballooning
or boat rides on the Lake to name just
a few of the activities that were made
available to them.

BONUS DAY 3
Ten jets were chartered to take
Distributors to Dallas for an exciting,
full day of Forever sightseeing! Kicking
off at Aloe Vera of America (AVA), the
Qualifiers were given an exclusive
tour of Forevers main manufacturing
facility. There they were able to see
how several of our great products are
manufactured and meet many of the
fantastic employees who make them.
During their visit, Qualifiers had a
unique opportunity to truly understand
the scale and advancement of the

for a Cowboy Party that they will never

show museum as well as the Ewing
Mansion before enjoying a traditional
Wild West rodeo, line dancing and a
Texas barbeque that surely filled their
boots before heading home after this
trip of a life time!
This powerful three day trip clearly
demonstrated the commitment that
Rex, Gregg and the entire company
have for the future. Make sure you

with Forever since the company began

step for us, especially since we
have always used most of Forever's
products! We love all of the aloe
products, and have always been
the best customers of our Forever

We moved from Poland to the US in
2000, when Jan and Bogumila started
building their Forever groups here.
Both our family and our business
started to operate globally. Since
then, both Poland and the US have
been our homes and platforms to
grow our family business.
Around that time, we became Senior
Managers with the help of our groups
on the East Coast.
I also achieved my life-long dream
to become an Interior Designer and
worked for a great architectural firm.
I loved the job and earned decent
money but I realized that there was
a ceiling above me. I imagined what
my life might be like in 10 years, and
I did not like this picture I knew
that I had the potential to be whoever

I wanted to be and work anywhere

in the world. I chose Forever, the
company that our family has been
involved with for 20 years, which
was already providing a great, rich
life for all of us. My exceptional inlaws, all of their children and families
including myself, live well with Forever,
even though everyone in our family
has different qualities, skills and
experiences. We help each other with
trainings, presentations and downlines, both in Poland and in the US,
because this is a true family business
that can last Forever!
Today, we live in Arizona, working
hard to grow our down-lines in the
Valley. I am very fortunate to have
many positive, fun ladies in my
group, and together with some of
Bogumila's Distributors, we are the
greatest team. We have bi-weekly
meetings, workshops, presentations
and share our experiences. There is
no competition in Forever - the more
you give, the more you get back. This
is the beauty of this business.
Every year, I travel to Poland for
the summer with my son, and then
bring my in-laws back with me for a
couple of months. They bring new
experiences, new energy, and fresh
trainings to our team in Arizona. This
is going to boost our businesses a lot,
and I cannot wait for the results.

Youve heard about the benefits of Fiber before, but

you might not think they apply to you. You might also
associate Healthy Fiber with prunes and constipation.
In actuality, Fiber is for everyone and can be your
secret weapon in helping maintain regularity and proper
nutrient absorption.
If we look at some of the
macronutrients as characters in a
play, Protein no doubt would be cast
as the 'Hero', Fat as the 'Villain',
Carbohydrates as 'supporting actors',
and Fiber, because it does not contain
any nutrients like its co-actors, would
most likely be cast as the strange,
smelly and often misunderstood
character that is dismissed as
uninteresting and irrelevant.

This is no simple task. Our Digestive

System when stretched out is roughly
10 yards long, and its compacted
into roughly 1.5 feet of space! Without
Fiber, our body would have a difficult
time keeping the food we consume
moving through our body effectively.
Think of Fiber as a big sticky ball that
rolls through your small and large
intestine picking up excess food and
toxins, then eliminating them as waste.

However, to call Fiber uninteresting

and irrelevant couldnt be further from
the truth!

Fiber can also help to support

feelings of fullness, so you eat less.
Consuming a fiber supplement a half
hour to an hour prior to meals can
help you to feel full, thereby reducing
your calorie consumption at mealtime.

We have always spoken to our clients about health, however in
the past few years, we have not always been a good example.
We had put on some weight, began to
exhaust our bodies without setting up
rules for our own nutrition and were
eating beyond our physical needs.
After the new F.I.T. program launched
at the Global Rally in London, we
decided to give Clean 9 a new try.
(We had used the program previously
with good results!)
The first two days were not easy - not
because we were hungry, but because
of the change in our nutritional habits.
Then on Day 3, we began to feel more
energetic and continued to follow the
programs instructions.
By Day 9, Anna had lost 13 lb and
Adelino had lost 15 lbs. We have
not only lost weight and a few
centimeters, but Adelino greatly
benefited by also gaining a normal
sleep pattern as well. Previously, he
could not work well anymore because
he was very tired due to his lack

Malaysia Stop
Hunger Event
30,000 meals for 30,000 Malaysian Ringits in two hours
that is the kind of event that Forever Giving is all about.
Typhoon Haiyan devastated the
Philippines and a vast portion of
Southeast Asia in November 2013.
Thousands of people were left with no
food or water, their homes devastated
and thousands more even lost their
lives.

So, in June of 2014 Gregg Maughan,

Aidan OHare joined by Kati & Atilla
Gidofalvi and Peter & Zsuzsa Lenkey
and a crew of hundreds of Distributors
did what little they could to help.
They gathered together in Malaysia for
the Food for Hunger event at Taylors
University Lakeside Campus.
Though small in number compared
to the victims of this deadly disaster,
they worked together on that Saturday
morning putting together 30,000
meals to help fight hunger.

In situations like this,

it becomes clear:
Give what you can
because it goes a lot
farther than you can
imagine, and means a
lot more to the people
who need it most.
