How to operate milling machine

This many materials are needed before operates this machine :

Step
1. First, Wear all of safety equipment accordance with the rules.
2. Than, Attach the endmill cutter to the cutter arbor short.
3. Next, attach the cutter arbor short, that is attached endmill cutter
to the mlling machine head and hold it by rotate arbor draw bolt.
4. After that, tight the arbor draw bolt with the spanner size 22.
When tight the arbor draw bolt, Hold the cutter arbor short by the
arbor milling spanner.
5. Than, tight the endmill cutter by rotate the cutter arbor short nut
to the right by the milling spanner. When do it hold the arbor
draw bolt by spanner size 22.
6. Than, put the milling vise to the table milling.
7. After that atach the milling vise bolt and nut and tight it by
spinner size 19.
8. Next, attach the work piece to the milling vise.
9. Than, set the machine revolution. The revolution of machine is
depended by materials of work piece, diameter of cutter and
tooth of cutter.

After that, set the distance of workpiece surface and
cutter to the zero mm.

Next, Turn on The machine by switch the botton.
12.
Than, turn on the coolant by switch the coolant botton.
And set it to the good posision.
13.
After that set the depth of feeding, the maximal depth of
feeding is 20% from diameter of cutter.
14.
Than,Cut the work piece by rotate the longitudinal hand
feed whell or head hand whell as needed.
15.Finally, do the step number 13 and 14 over and over antil you get
the size and shape that you want.
