Find the Windows installation date:

Systeminfo.exe console-utility
Systeminfo command-line tool displays detailed configuration information about a
computer and its operating system, including operating system configuration, security
information, product ID, and hardware properties, such as RAM, disk space, and
network cards. More information available at Microsoft Windows XP - Systeminfo
WMIC - command-line tool
Click Start, Run and type:
CMD /K WMIC OS GET InstallDate
You'll see the Operating System installation date (in WMI format). The first eight
characters in that output gives you the installation date.
