of heavy paper
2) Score on
dashed lines
3) Cut out on
solid lines

Optional string

4) Fold all flaps/tabs

toward the wrong side
5) Glue tabs to flaps
6) Lay flat to insert
front and back cover of
memo book under flaps

Optional spine detail: Before folding and gluing the

memo book cover, cut this out of contrasting paper
and glue to right side of cover, centered with spine. Trim.
