Cut between the 2 and 10 Score lines, 1 from each edge.

If you dont have 12 x 12 card stock, youll have to put two pieces together, as shown in the video.
The first is 5 x 10. Score at 2, 4, and 8. The second is 5 x 3-15/16. Score at 2.
Adhere Section A to Section B (1-15/16 wide), as shown in the video. Then cut and score as in the above diagram.
