Objectives
1. To automate the systems of preparing the Project Procurement
Management Plan (PPMP) and its consolidation into an annual
Procurement Plan as well as segments reports & purchase request, Job
Orders.
2. To automate the storage and retrieval of bidders information as well as
the report generation in the form of the eligibility of the bidders.
3. To automate the process of eligibility checking of the bidders.
Scopes and Delimitation
Our system aims to automate preparation of the Procurement System
and generate reports about the bidding. It also aims to automate the storage
and retrieval of bidders information as well as the process of checking its
eligibility.
It also aim to keep track of the equipment that undergo repair and
their expenses and that are currently in bidding process and those that
already sold. The system also aim to keep record of the transaction process.
It doesnt aim to make computations of expenses and keep track of
records about the amount gained from the bidding.
