Synopsis: Critical Thinking

According to the article flu outbreaks are on the decline. The most vulnerable in our
communities are our elderly. The article, the facts, and this chart clearly display that
flu outbreaks are declining. However, by plotting this chart we see a pattern, a
pattern, a pattern that shows that flu outbreaks are flowing in a recognizable
pattern, it would be interesting to see if seven to ten years down the line the flu
rates will rise again, or if our vaccinations are truly reducing flu outbreaks in our
communities.
