Purpose: Distribution management system is used to manage the distributors
across the globe, this will help distributors to order the stock or return the stock.
Capabilities:

Allows distributors to interact with the company.

It has the ability to track the inventory in each and every branch across the
globe.

Benefits:

It is useful for the distributors to order the shipment and interact with the
Manufacturing unit.
It is used to maintain the proper inventory to supply the distributors on time
without any delay.

2. Name: The Customer relationship Management System

Purpose: the purpose of the customer relationship management system is to
maintain the good relationship with the customers across the globe. This will help
customers to interact with the organization about their purchases.
Capabilities:

It allows customers to complain about their purchases.

It will provide 24 hours support to customers online.

Benefits:

It is useful for the customers to interact with the company about their
purchases and they can get 24 hours online support with this.
Customers can generate the return labels by their own by using this tool.
And this tool will help us to use sales data of customers and be in touch with
the customers and we can send the promotional offers through mail to the
customers.

As our organization is into sales and distribution, I found a magazine called sales
and distribution management, I found a technology SAP sales and distribution
technology which will help us to track the sales and distribution across the globe, it
will give us the accountability of total sales and inventory, this is an advantage for
us to maintain the proper inventory as per the demand and it also provides us
information like which country is doing good or which branch is doing good.
