A nation should require all of its students to study the same national curriculum until they

enter college

Just like the diversification present among various groups, education in India is also quite diversified.
This might seem due to the importance given to the cultural history of respective groups. But if we dig
deeper into the situations, students are given same basic education across all groups, be it state-wise or
country-wise, because the fundamental criteria to get selected for a particular job or college do not
change.
Having a same curriculum throughout the nation dilutes the ideas one brings in from the respective
region. Pooling these ideas together when one enters a college provides quite substantial for others who
do not belong to the same group. There might be a problem of the selection criteria for a college wherein
it becomes difficult to judge the candidate from the performance in their schools as the marking scheme
mainly, varies across different boards and groups. Having a proper method of scaling can actually reduce
this problem of ambiguity and it can help in the proper selection as well as the conservation of ideas one
brings in from the respective group
