At the moment, I am
doing well and
consistent in all of
my classes

Humanities - Mr. Van Gorder

1. I am doing excellent in Humanities. I understand any
material that Mr. VG has given me, such as the time
periods of the dark ages and renaissance of Great
Britain.
2. My current grade status in Humanities is 101%
3. My goal is to keep my the same grade level by the end
of december. In order to reach this goal I will keep on
consistently turning in projects on time and turn in high
quality work.

Spanish - Ms. Lozano

1. I am doing fairly well in Spanish. I understand the
concept but I struggle to perfect sentences. I feel that
the more tutoring and practice I receive I will be able to
perfect both in my speaking and writing in spanish.
2. My current grade in Spanish class is...
3. By the time of December,I hope and will learn basic
conversation in all areas in spanish such as writing,
speaking, listening, and reading. In order to do this I will
attend tutoring on the days that I can.

Biotechnology - Ms. Leon

1. I am doing good in Biotechnology. I complete most of
my work, but lack to understand the content.
2. My current grade is a 96% as reported on October 3rd
with Ms. Leon.
3. My goal by the end of December is to both understand
the material of Biotechnology and stay at the same
grade level.

1. I am doing excellent in Ms. Morris math class. I am
completing all my work, leading me to understand the
material
2. My current grade in Ms. Morris class is a 100%
3. My goal for Ms Morris class, is to keep the same grade
level in the class.

At the moment, in robotics I am researching an
evolutionary technological device. I am
currently researching the Movie Camera. The
purpose of this project is to investigate how a
mechanical process undergoes.

Honesty
1. Evidence:
I was honest one time after not finishing my work when I
was expected to.
2. New Goals:
To be more Honest I will own up to my own words and
stand by them. I will be more productive in all my
classes so that I will finish all my homework.

Gratitude
1. Evidence:
I was showing Gratitude one time by giving the office
cookies for all the hard work they do.
New Goals:
My new Gratitude goal is to be more thankful and less
expectant of others for high standards. I will not
complain about an assignment in my spanish classes.

Trust
1. Evidence:
I showed trust one time by cooperating with my
teammates in a group project in Ms. Lozano class.
2. New Goals:
I will show more trust by doing my fair of work (maybe
even more work) to show that my teammates can trust
my finishing the project.

Responsibility
1. Evidence:
I have showed responsibility so far by turning in all my
assignments in each class on time.
2. New Goals:
I will show more Responsibility by completing all more
work in all my classes on time. I will do this by making
sure I am productive when doing my work.

Self-Discipline
1. Evidence:
I showed self-discipline once by helping other in Math
when I was finished with my work.
2. New Goals:
My new goal for Self-Discipline is to take pride and turn
in quality work in all my classes. I will do this by taking my
time and focus into each and every assignment I have.

Respect
Evidence:One way I showed respect is not
responding in a negative way to the front
desk ladies for taking my hoodie.
New Goal: Respect my peers and the adults
here at e3 civic high by being polite and well
mannered towards them.

Perseverance
Evidence: One way I showed perseverance
is that I was procrastinating on a huge
project for robotics, but finished it all in one
night, the night of.
New Goal: My hardest class, Biotechnology,
is the class I struggle with because there is
just an abundant amount of information, but I
will conquer this by attending tutoring.

Courage
Evidence:I started talking to old friends of my
that weren't in my co-heart.
New Goal: Take upon more leadership
projects within a group assignments.

Civic Citizenship
Evidence: On the half/asynchronous days
that we have here at school, I volunteer at
my old elementary school.
New Goal: Be more active around more
communities such as downtown or even
more local to my neighborhood.

Compassion
Evidence: I usually help others for whoever
asks.
New Goal: Don't only help others who ask
for it, but who I willing think they do.

Top 3 Intelligences:
Visual/Spatial
What this skill means to me is how I am
always thinking of what will happen next.
I constantly visualize things from
scenarios to their outcomes.

Logical
Me being logical is just a characteristic I
feel shows a lot through me. This also
goes as along with how I reason my
decisions with different choices.

Interpersonal
Me being interpersonal, I feel is me
knowing my strengths and weaknesses.
Usually in group projects in a group of
people, I know where I am needed most
to benefit the situation.
