1. Process to Install and Configure Cyberoam VPN Client


This procedure outlines the process of Installing and configuring Cyberoam VPN Client.

1.1. Installing Cyberoam VPN Client


1. Download the Cyberoam VPN Client And configuration file package from Provana
SharePoint.
1.1. Extract the package to desktop or any other location. The package contains two files i.e. The
Cyberoam VPN Client and VPN configuration file.

1.2. Run the CrSSL_v1.3.0.9 installer and click Ok and the Install.

1.3. Now a Pop up arises to ask to install the network adapter, click on Install.

1.4. Click on Close to finish the setup.

1.2. Configuring Cyberoam VPN Client


1. Run the installed Cyberoam VPN Client from desktop shortcut or from start menu.
1.1.Now the Cyberoam VPN client is running and then you can see the Cyberoam VPN
Icon on the right side of the Taskbar.

1.2. Right click on the Icon and select Import Configuration to import the Provana VPN settings.

1.3. Now the Import wizard is open, click on browse button to select the configuration file (i.e. the
other file in the package) and click Open.

1.4. Now click on Import to import the settings and then click on Ok to finish the import wizard.

1.5. Once the configuration is successfully imported, again right click on the Cyberoam VPN icon
on the taskbar and select Login.

1.6. Once the login screen appears enter your Provana Domain credentials and click Login.

1.7. Once the credentials being verified the Cyberoam VPN Icon turns Green.

1.8. Now go to the Remote Desktop Connection wizard and enter the Name or IP address (i.e.
Provana-testing or 172.16.1.15) of the server to login and click on connect.

1.9. Now again enter your Provana Domain Credentials as in the following format to login.
USERNAME: Provana\<your user name>
Password: <your password>
