Accommodation Details

All the alumni who are attending the Alumni Meet on 2 nd April and have an intended overnight stay can
get their rooms booked at the following hotels. Kindly note, the stay in the hotels will be self financed;
the institute will only be assisting in getting subsidized booking. The details and subsidized room rates

Transportation and Shuttle Service

The institute will provide shuttle service from hotel to institute and back in order to assist with
transportation. This will be without any charge.
