Midterm Reflection
This semester the most successful experience I had was in my math 131 class. As I got a
good grade on my first exam. My teacher had also given us extra credit problems to do to help us
with our grade, since she said most people dont do well on the first exam. With that I had gotten
over a hundred percent on the test. Since I had been doing all my homework, my overall grade in
the class was 103%.
However, in my business class I had the least successful experience. I had to miss one
day of class because of family activities. I thought I had no homework, as most days I dont.
However, one that day we had to turn in a ten point assignment, which I forgot about. So with
that my grade has dropped.
I plan to improve my grade by making sure I write down all my assignments in my
planner and even write them in my phone calendar as an alarm to start it before the due day.
Making sure I have what I need the day before. I also plan to work in groups to study and get
material done. The library will be a great resource to meet classmates to work together. The TLC
is also a great resource for me to get help if I need it and also use the computer lab there. The
TLC is also where I can talk to my coach about my future plans and how the classes Im taking
will benefit me.
