Large Motor

The Ev3 motor is a motor that can be programmed straight

from a computer to the connection tunnels, either a,b, c, or d.
The large motor can turns the wheels on the robot, forwards
and backwards. It can spin at different speeds and rotate at
different angles.

Light Intensity
In the light intensity mode, the sensor can sense the intensity
of a line. It uses the scale of zero to one hundred. 0 being very
dark, and 100 being extremely light. This means when we do
the maze, we can use a black line to direct the robot through
the maze. This motor can also be used to detect colour and
then say the name of the colour out loud. (which is really cool)

MAIN SLIDE

Touch Sensor
The touch sensor is a sensor that can detect when the sensor is
being pressed, released, or bumped. Using the touch sensor,
the brick can be programmed to see the whole world as a blind
person. The sensor can even be programmed to fight a person,
so it would keep pushing forward until the opponent retreats.

MAIN SLIDE

Colour Sensor
When you put the colour sensor in colour mode, it can recognise
several different c0lours: green, yellow, blue, red, white, brown,
black, and also a no-colour. This means the colour sensor can sense
different colours and say there name, stop when its sees a certain
colour, or sort coloured blocks by colour (like the rubrics cube).

MAIN SLIDE

Gyro Sensor
The gyro sensor is designed to sense and measure rotational

movement, and rotates at a 90 degree angles. It sends the

coordinates to the ev3 robot, to tell if it is moving left or right.

MAIN SLIDE

Ultrasonic Sensor
The ultrasonic sensor, is a sensor that show pulse, and reads
value(s).
