[Important] Instructions to follow:
1. Patients with cold symptoms will not be allowed to have the operation.
2. Please do not drink or eat anything 4 hours before your consultation time. (1st day)
3. Please stop Aspirin, Anticogulants and all Hormone products including Injection/ pills/
patches/gel at least 14 days prior to the surgery.
4. Please avoid smoking and drinking alcohol 4 weeks prior to the surgery
5. Please remove all your nail polishes (including toe nails, transparent nail polishes, gel nails,
etc) before the consultation.
6. After VFS surgery, you are not required to speak for one month. (Speaking 1~2 words per day
is possible for the last 3 weeks during this period)
7. Please bring your passport on the day of your consultation.
8. If you had or are going to have other operations under general anesthesia, you should wait at
least 2 months to be able to receive VFS surgery.
9. Voice File followed by Flight itinerary is required at least 5 weeks in advance as a final
confirmation process.
[Regarding the payment]
1. Full payment should be made on the first day of your appointment. (No exceptions)
2. We accept cash (KRW and USD dollars) and credit cards (Visa, Master card, etc) only. We
do not accept any of travellers cheque, debit cards, etc. Please bring the actual credit
card with you we have to swipe the card here in our center.
3. According to the result of your comprehensive voice examination, Botox treatment of
additional $400USD may be recommended by Dr. Kim if tremor is present in your voice.
Cancellation policy: A cancellation notice is required at least 6 weeks prior to your appointment. If
not, rescheduling will be strictly restricted for 2 years.
