1. The background of Xiamen ports vessels monitoring management with

highprecision & centimeterlevel positioning project
The original vessel positioning system of Xiamen port has run for many years. But it only meet
the coarse positioning of vessel position, and hardly to meet the request of precise positioning.
Whats worse, it can not solved the common problems of vessel supervision, for example, failing to
follow rules to disposal of dredged mud or other issues. In recent years, due to the widely using of
Beidou satellite positioning, Caimore also paid much attention on it and has made a great
achievement in Beidou/ GPS highprecision positioning field, which has reached to centimeterlevel
successfully. Now it has been applied to kinds of industrial production files, and has achieved good
results.
