GBL use
Uses 1 y - butyl ester is a kind of high boiling solvent which is soluble, non-toxic, safe and
convenient for use, and can be used as a solvent in the process of petroleum processing. In organic
synthesis, GBL also has a wide range of uses, it is synthesis of alpha pyrrole alkyl ketone, n
methyl pyrrolidone, ethylene vinyl pyrrolidone, acetyl radical gamma - butyrolactone lactone,
Cyclopropylamine and raw materials, synthetic pesticides, herbicides, drug piracetam, ring
ciprofloracin, vitamin B1, chlorophyll and other intermediates. Also used in the synthesis of
chlorophenoxy acid herbicides, plant growth regulators.
Uses 2 y - D - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - is an intermediate of plant growth regulator.
Use 3 for the drugs, Cyclopropylamine pyrrolidone production, industrial solvents, diluents and
curing agent, etc.
Uses 4 as the gas chromatography stationary liquid, the synthesis of the acid, butyl acid and other
intermediates and solvents
