For A Change In Your Metabolism

Rules:

This diet must be followed very strictly for 13 days


This diet changes your metabolism and its effects last for 2 years. This means that once you have
completed the diet you can eat normally and you wont gain weight. Its effective in burning your
calories.
If the diet is followed precisely, you can lose between 15-45lbs. And you are NOT allowed to start
another diet for another 2 years.
If you make any changes in the instructions during the diet, you must stop the diet immediately. It
will no longer have the desired effects on your body. The diet may be attempted again after 6
months. If you break the rules before the 6 th day, you may start the diet after 3 months.
Try to start this diet when you have no plans to leave town, go to parties, etc.
Purchase all ingredients before starting the diet to prevent any temptations from the grocery store.
If you feel hungry during the diet, drink water to fill you up. At least 2 liters/ day.

Food Plan Notes:

The salad in the diet plan is fresh green lettuce salad.


The cod can be replaced with trout or turbot.
Natural yogurt is yogurt with NO fruit or sugar.
You can NOT have alcohol, chewing gum, or anything with sugar.
For the fresh fruit you can use any fruit on the Negative Calorie Food List 2.
The tomato is to be eaten raw.
When there is no food portion specified, you can eat as much of it as you want.
Drink A LOT of water.
Celeriac is the white round part of the celery root. Replacement: Celery.
You may use any type of oil.
Tea- Herbal tea is fine.
Do not fry anything.
Ham can be chicken ham.
You can use salt, pepper, and other seasonings.
Fish can NOT be replaced.

Measurements Conversion Table:

1/2 Can of Ham = ~200grams


1 Cube of Sugar = 1 Teaspoon = 5grams
1 Pot of Yogurt/ Cheese = ~200grams
1 Dekaliter = 0.1 Liters
