‘To Whom It May Concern:
Thave known Ms. Kylia Hodge for over three years now. Kylia was an exceptional
student at East Carolina University, graduating with a Business Administration degree
concentrating in Finance — Risk Management and Insurance... She is an active member of
Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and that is how I know of Ms. Hodge. I serve as
their Faculty Advisor. She has always impressed me with her pleasant demeanor and her
professionalism.
Kylia is a leader in everything she does. She served as Treasurer and Fundraising Chair for
Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fratemity. Under her leadership, she used her attention to
detail, ime management, and organizational skills to create an Endowment Fund for the
group. This is no small feat, she had to develop a mission and goals for the fund to first be
considered by ECU administrators. She had a comprehensive plan and she handled the
processes to create a fund like a seasoned professional and not a student. Although I can
rave about her many other accomplishments she had as Treasurer and Fundraising Chair
while being a full time student but they would seem pale in comparison to this
‘monumental task of ereating an Endowment Fund for Phi Sigma Pi
The Endowment Fund has already raised over $3500 and the official notifications have not
been sent out to our alumni. This fund will serve the organization for years to come and
only become bigger throughout the years. All of this because Kylia dreamt big and she
followed through on her commitment.
Kyylia is professional in all matters and brings enthusiasm to any task she takes on. She is a
Teader and works well with others, I hold no reservations in endorsing Ms, Hodge for any
position she applies to. I know she will excel at her work and bring value to the company.
