Sales Review Meet - Emerging & Key Accounts
Date: 10.08.2015
Venue: CPC Office,Hyderabad
Participants were Mr.Sridhar, Mr.Ravi, Mr.Suhail, Mr.Sasi Kiran,
Mr.Venugopal, Mr.Rahul, Mr.Poly Naidu, Ms.Poonam, Mr.John Babu &
Mr.Santhosh
1. To prepare a list of Turbochem 100 customers who are not using the
instrument and to give reasons for the same - All participants must
submit the list on or before 14th August.
2. All channel partners must introduce 5 parameters of I chem reagents.
The parameters to be selected by the corresponding sales manager.
3. To get details from Turbochem 100 users, what cpc parameters and
other company parameters they are using - To submit on or before 14th
August
4. To prepare prospect lists for Allergy, PCT-Q, ANA Profile, TORCH
Profile - To submit by 18th August
5. To make minimum of 10 calls per day
6. Mr.Naidu to get immediate business for I-Chem reagents - Deadline August
7. Mr.Naidu to discuss with distributor for part rental proposal for
Kankadurga Hospital - Feedback 12th August
8. To involve channel partners into Lead generation and prospect conversion
9. C3/C4 Program on Response 902, Diasys - To be done by Mr.Prasenjith
10. Address the issue of dsDNA at Sum Hospital, Bhuneshwar - To be done
by Mr.Suhail
11. Ms.Poonam to prepare workload of ANA profile, ANA IF, ANCA IF,
MPO,PR3,Liver profile, CCP and ACE also other potential products from
customers and also to mention if they are using other competitor kits
that is also marketed by CPC.
