He received his Bachelors Degree from Brooklyn College and his law degree from Brooklyn
Law School. He is a member of the Landlord and Tenant Committee of the New York State
Bar Association, and is a member of the Administrative Law Section of the American Bar
Association. He also serves on the Real Estate Board's Housing Committee and Residential
Law Subcommittee. His areas of practice include Landlord-Tenant Disputes, Appellate
