Integration

In order to achieve performance it is vital to integrate different cultures as

much as possible, in a common work-space.

Building participation
On the basis of the fact that both societies have almost equal
willingness to realize their impulses and desires.
Moreover positive attitude and optimistic thinking in both societies
can be used by Johannes Van Den Bosch to deal with his Mexican
counterpart.
Both are willing to avoid uncertainty by giving high performance and
remaining busy and working hard. It can be used to enhance
participation.
Resolving conflicts
Due to high power difference in Mexican society, the management
should give a place to each Mexican employee as they prefer to be
in hierarchical society.
Dutch employees and management is more individualist but
Mexican people are collective and hence inherit long term
relationship. Mexican people are more loyal and responsible. In
dutch society, management of individuals needs more time and
resources.
Mexicans are masculine society therefore competition is high and
conflict should be avoided before having consequences.
The societal change in Mexican should be honoured, giving equality
to other cultures too, without watching them with suspicion.
Building on ideas
Johannes Van Den Bosch should never consider Pablo Menendez
with suspicion.
Pablo Menendez must took the responsibility of work expect being
told to do so.
Johannes should took initiative to maintain long term relationship in
business as Pablo has characteristics to be loyal.
While replying to Johannes, it is duty of Pablo to indulge in
negotiations or discussions to remove mis-understanding if any.
Pablo has high tendency of generating of results which is good while
in multi-cultural working environment.
