Overview in their Professional Folio. This report must be completed by Supervising or Mentor Teachers who are able to comment about the preservice teachers
demonstration of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. Information about how to complete the form is provided in the Information for Supervising
and Mentor Teachers document. Additional information about the preservice teacher can be provided through the Referee Statement.
