Please read this manual carefully before using, which will contribute to your machine offering perfect services for you normally fora long time. RUNXIN brand multi - functional control valve is the developed patented product of our company ( Patent No.: ZL200420078956.5 . ZL02220153. X; International Patent Public No.: WO 2006/007772, Taiwan Area Patent No 287 896,USA Patent Public No.:US2007/0074 772, EU Patent Public No.: EP1770316, Japan Patent Public No.: JP2007-513301, South Korea Public No.: 1020070057769)which specially allocate in all kinds of water treatment systems. It adopts the microcomputer to control, and also can establish every parameter according to the real operating situation to realize the regeneration automatically. This control valve has high hardness and pottery of degree of high level ceramic moving slice inside its body. As relative and moving slice have different blind holes and put through holes respectively, with the change of the relative angle during slice rotate one course of circle definitely with it height laminating, it produces five different fluid pass way so as to realize necessary functions, namely Service, Backwash, Brine & Slow Rinse, Brine Refill, Fast Rinse. Product Characteristics @More reliable way of opening and dosing It adopts the seal slice with high degree pottery, scuff resistance , corrosion proof and leak proof. @No water flows out while single tank type control valve regeneration. @Mamnal function Reslizing regeneration immediately by pushing manual button at any time. @ Keyboard locked function If the keyboard has not been operated within one minute, it will be locked automatically. Press the A and Viwo buttons for 5 seconds to unlock the keyboard before operating. This function can avoid the wrong operation by confusion effectively. @it adopts LED dynamic colourful screen. The colourful screen welter continuously showsit isin service state, or ese, it isin regeneration state. @ Indication of power cut secularly. If the power has been cut exceeds 3 days, the clock figure (2) will flicker continuously after power on. It reminds to reset the current time. The other set parameters do not need to reset. The process will continue to work after power on. © Two modes of regeneration controlled. ‘This valve has two modes which are volume delayed and volume timely. By changing the process parameter to exchange the two modes, A-O1 is volume delayed (when it reaches the volume and set time, the valve will start to regenerate), A-O2 is volume timely (when it reaches the set volume, the valve will start to regenerate), @ Having output signal connector (Signal output operation should be done by professional personnel). ‘This valve has the output signal connector which could be connected with the equipment such as Booster Pump, Solenoid Valve etc. The signal is sent at the moment while the valve leaves from the position of running, and disappeared while it arives at the running state (The particular connect method please tun to page 7 picture 4 and 5) @ Interlock function It could interlock with E75 series to realize only one valve in regeneration but the other valves are in running while several valves parallel in system. In inulti-setps treatment systems such asin RO pre-treatment, when several valves are in series, there is only one valve isin regeneration or washing to ensure outlet water all the times while different valves in regeneration or washing. It could also realize parallel outlet water in several multi-steps pre-treatment, which means several valves are in series and parallel. (Refer the detail connection method in page 8.) @it could set up maximum interval regeneration days This parameter means no matter how much fluxit is set, or how much flux treated, after it exceeds the maximum interval regeneration days (could be set within 0 to.40 days), then it will start up regeneration although the flux is not reached at the set value. Installation and Connection Before installation,read all those instructions completely. Then obtain all the materials and tools needed for installation. Perform installation according to regulated Water Inlet, Water Outlet, Drain Outlet, Brine Line Connector and relative plumbing codes. 1, Device location: D The closer softener to drain point, the better. (2) Leave a certain space for operating and maint- aining devices conveniently. 5) Brine tank need to be close to softener. @) Do not install the valve near hot resources or in direct sunlight, rain and other factors that may result in damage to the prockict. It would be connected when each valve at the position of ruming. Notice: A. Once the left treated volume reach to be zero, the valve starts to regenerate. If there is no other valve at regeneration or washing position, then the Lock signal would be sent out. Meanwhile, it is in regeneration. B.If there is other valve at regeneration or washing position (Viz. the system is locked). This valve would still stay at running position while “Service” figure flicking till other valve accomplishing regeneration or washing. Then this valve sends out the lock signal, and starts to regenerate. C. Each valve would work independently as set parameters. Only when regenerate then it interlocks. @CIT7 is interlock input, CINS is interlock output. @ It is not allowed to commect CN7 to CN? when using, A @ In several valves interlock system, if there is interlock line disconnected. Then this system would be divided to be two interlock systems automatically from the disconnected point. Failure to install the multi-functional flow valve correctly voids the warranty @1f there are any of pipeline engineering and electric works, there must be finished by professional at the une of nistalletion @ Minimum inle water pressure is 0.15MPa, maximum inlet water pressure is 0.6MPa. Tf the inlet pressure exceeds 0 6IMPa, a pressure reducing valve must be installed before inlet pipeline @ When installation, do nctuse brine tube or other connectors as support to carry the system. @Handle all components ofthis valve with care.
