Strengths
1. Dedication
I am dedicated to being the best that I can be at whatever
it is that I am doing.

2.Team Player
I feel that it is important to know how to work well with
others and know their strengths and weaknesses in order
to finish a task successfully

3. Willingness to Learn
Even if I am content at what I am doing, I am always willing
to learn more so I can have a more important role in my job

Weaknesses
1.Organizaion
I tend to not keep things in order which results
in me losing important information or misplacing
something that I need.
2. Confidence
I need to work on believing in myself and
knowing I can accomplish whatever I need to.
3. Taking my Time
I need to put more time into my work and not
rush to finish.

Opportunities
1.Expanding my Knowledge
* I should consider going to Grad school and
furthering my education of fashion
2. Travel
*I am willing to move to a more suitable place
for what I want to do.
3. People Person
*I want to show the people I work with that I am
a team player while also putting myself first and
getting what I want

Threats
1.Location
*Sacramento is not big in the fashion industry.
2. Education
*Not going to grad school or an actual fashion school.
3. Experience
*I have only had one retail job being a sales associate.

Final Thoughts
*I plan on going far in this industry, although I do
not know yet what I want to do. I want to take
my time and put the effort into getting to where
I want to be. My main goal is having a job that I
love while living comfortably with the salary that
I make.
