--------I invite kind reference to my letter dated 23.03.95 and request the Director
General to issue suitable instructions to the Divisional Engineer (H) Ramnad to the
following points under intimation to me.

1) To claim Rs.10000/- with interest due there on and to disburse the

amount.
2) To sanction leave for 11 months which is available at my credit and to
make payment.
3) To sanction provisional pension with effect from 01.10.95 to date and to
give effect of provisional pension in the pay for 5/2015 at least and arrears
of provisional pension from 10/95 to 04/2015 to be paid at once.
While contacting the Divisional Engineer (H) Ramnad over phone, he says
that unless orders are received from the Director General in writing no payment can
be made.
I therefore request that the Divisional Engineer (H) may kindly be
instructed suitably in this regard since payment of subsistence allowance after the
suspension is lifted with immediate effect is not in order.
I request early orders.
