PreparationMethod
1. Removetheskinfromthechickendrumsticksandwashitthoroughly.Soakthepiecesin
wateralongwith1tbsplemonjuiceforaround5minutes.Washanddrainthepiecesand
keepaside.
2. Make2or3slitsoneachdrumsticksothatmasalagetsinside.

3. Prepareamarinadeusingalltheaboveingredientsandrubonthechickenpieces.Keep
asideforatleast1hour.Forbestresults,youcanmarinatethechickendrumsticksfor24
hoursintherefrigerator.
4. Heatoilinanonstickfryingpanandaddthechickendrumsticks.Donotovercrowdthe
pan.
5. Frythepiecesonmediumheat,changingsidesoccasionally,untilthepiecesarebrowned
thoroughly.Drainontopapertowels.
6. Repeatforleftoverpieces.
