Measurable Objectives for Goal 1
Measurable Objectives should include both current and target performance levels

1. In 2014-2015, 77% of E. Russell Hicks students met their grade-level Lexile target or growth target; in 20152016, 82% will read at or above grade level or improve by an expected years growth as measured by the spring
2016 MAP assessment.
2. In 2014-2015, 5% of E. Russell Hicks SWD students were reading at or above grade level; in 2015-2016, % of
SWD students will read at or above grade level or improve by and expected years growth as measured by the
spring 2016 MAP assessment.
3. In 2014-2015, 51.3% of E. Russell Hicks FARM students were reading at or above grade level; in 2015-2016, %
of FARM students will read at or above grade level or improve by an expected year's growth as measured by the
spring 2016 MAP assessment
