E-voting using hand print

system using handprint with a high performance and security targeting a

Problem Definition
The Voting process by registered voters is very cumbersome. so many
cases of missing data in the voter registration files have been reported.
there are also scenarios where unregistered voters flock in the polling
centers as "dead voters" to participate in the voting process. Even after
voting malicious clerks and officers in charge of a polling station end up
playing with results figure. such case can be solved by taking votes
electronically using handprints from voters and send data securely to
central election server for gathering results .without any papers or any
middle man between the voters and the election system.

Methodology
On the day of election the voters go to polling station and participate
by open the website of election fronted devices to cast their votes. When
the voter want to vote, he will asked by clerk to identify himself using his
SSID. then ,the voter will scan his both hands using hand scanner and

votes for candidates . voter is allowed to vote only for one time, the
system can compute and display the results of each candidate, also we
add the pie chart in the results page to make the system more clear for
user.
