society. In this paper I will elaborate on four important questions.
Why has gun control become a public issue? Who is allowed to
purchase a gun? How does gun control affect society? And how
does location affect gun policies? This paper is important because
it explains the impact it has on society and how it affects every
single person living in the United States. This topic is also an
important topic to discuss, as guns accounted for 11,208 of the
16,121 homicides in 2014 in the United States.
