Recommendation:

1) Diana garments should take more concern about the employees safety. Example:
unavoidable situation like Rana Plaza.
2) Diana garment should concern about their promotion of the employees. If the promotion
occurs then the work will be competitive.
3) In our case study we did not find any pension scheme that Diana garments has. Therefore we
would recommend them to give equal pension along with benefits to both the female and
male workers.
4) We think if the reward system starts then the employer will be more motivated in work.
5) Management should follow the trade union and employee associations to know the workers
conditions and take steps in a favor of them so that company can be able to remove the
conflicts and loss occurs as the conflicts arises because employee development develops the
company.
5) Company should arrange training sessions by the times so that the workers can be able to
learn the higher technologies efficiently which will improve the product and performance quality
largely.
