In order for our youth to grow and become leaders for the

generations to come, teachers, positive leaders, and

professionals have to take time to teach our youth how to
become mature individuals that are responsible and
willing to take care of our communities. It is important for
teachers to analyze the behaviors and attitudes of their
students so that they can be able to intervene when they
produce negative actions. Children need positive rolemodels who care about their future, provide opportunities
for them to learn, and push for high expectations within
them. Children are in need for guidance and
professionals and leaders need to take time and lead our
children along with teaming up with the parents.
Educators must provide safe environments for student
and parent interactions so that they can understand their
students better, especially when they are around their
parents. These children will soon become leaders and
ready to train more children who are growing and
maturing behind them. Together we can create and
maintain safe environments for our children and our
community.
