1) Write formally, not just use informal speech

2) Include an Executive summary
3) Use Section Headings
4) At least half a page on Mission and Vision
5) Discuss Strengths and Weaknesses in Internal Analysis which
must include some financial ratio analysis
6) Discuss Threats and Opportunities in External Analysis
7) Develop some alternative strategies
8) Analyze each such strategy
9) Recommend one or two strategies for implementation with
support.
10) An A paper requires all of the above plus some of the advanced
techniques covered in class and the text such as IFE, EFE, QSPM, or
other matrices.

NOTE: Papers without an Executive Summary or without Section

Headings will be neither read nor graded.
