I am advocate for homeowners, and work as a consultant for several attorneys who

are interested in helping homeowners who are or have been in the forever trial
payments with no final mod. and the constant attempts for a modification with no
actual results. Those are the ones with the internal issues,with the origination and
closing docs, fraudulent assignments and transfer of titles, and the bogus trusts.
Need help on analyzing these documents and the trusts in order to help save the
homes for several homeowners. please let me know what the cost is and if maybe
you can help with one particular one as pro-bono. A priest that was fraudulently
given a loan with Chase, 80/20. on a condo conversion purchase, with the 20% part
of the loan closing a day before the actual closing, as if he already owned the
property, issued as equity loan with a 3 day right of rescission, which was
overlooked since the first loan and the purchase of the property closed on July 20th.
a day after the closing of the 2nd which took place on July 19th. mortgages where
recorded in December of 2009. assignments took place in 2012 to a trust. A lot
more fishy things i found which i believe should make the public and the pertaining
agencies aware of.
please help me help this homeowner who is a priest whom does not deserve to
loose his home. (nobody deserves to loose their home).
