Narrative

Received report of a property damage accident in a business

parking lot on Elm Street. Through investigation it was found
that after striking another motor vehicle the above listed subject
parked the vehicle he was operating and left the scene on foot.
Further investigation revealed that Woodward was operating the
vehicle erratically and without the authorization of the vehicle
owner. Woodward was also found to have a suspended NYS
Driver License. With the assistance of the St. Lawrence County
Sheriffs Office, Woodward was taken into custody and
transported back to the Potsdam Police Department. Woodward
was processed and arraigned by Village Justice Pignone and
remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
