I have seen the patient by name

U.Prasanth, Male, 13 years, by Road Traffic Accident and clinically diagnosed as

1). Fracture both bones right forearm 2). Fracture maxilla right 3). Fracture zygomo
and 4). Fracture nasal bones and admitted in our hospital on same day on
21-01-2007 and the patient was discharged at grievous in nature. Exhibit-A2 was
issued by our hospital. Ex-A5 to A7 were issued by our hospital. Ex.X1 is casesheet and C.T.Scan Reports were marked at the time of examination of the doctor.
Cross-Examination by Sri.S.R.R:He was taken treatment for a period of one day.

It is true that I have no

knowledge about the present condition of the petitioner. It is true that there is no
follow up treatment after discharge from the hospital. It is true that the accident was
occurred due to collusion of lorry and car.
