Manage Lead

Above two screens are for management of Lead or Inquiry,

System will immediate fire SMS or e-Mail according to Notification,
You can attach necessary file with Lead or Inquiry,
You can search & update the entry in second screen tab
You can change field caption & hide the field according to your requirement
in third screen customized tab,

2.Manage Task

In Manage Task option you can set meeting schedule on particular date &
time,
You can attach important documents,
Base data come from Manage Lead option
System will fire the SMS or e-Mail before 4hrs (according to the basic
setting)& it goes to Owners Mobile as well as Customer/Vendors Mobile,
What ever written in remark that details will come in SMS.

3.Manage Contact

 When you have to contact customer/vendor more than 2-3 times, Please fill
up the detail in Manage Contact
You can attach important documents of that company
You can Search & Update data in second tab
You can modify caption & hide the field thru third tab

4. Manage Opportunity

This above are Opportunities screens,

When customer is read to by enter data in this option
In Search & Update tab you can modify data
In Customized Data tab you can change or modify the caption

5. Manage Order

Above screens are of Manage order

When you got order enter the billing data in this form
You can Search & Update data thru second screen
You can modify caption & hide the field thru third tab called Customized Form

6. Travel Master

By selecting Travel Master you have There are six option

First is Travel Plan you can enter travel plan in this option

Second screen is Actual Travel

You can update actual data thru this form

 Third Screen is Travel Expanse

Thru this screen you can enter expanses with proof of expanse
