1B. _ All refunds referred to above shall be made by CTT after deducting any amount prepaid to, and not refunded to CTI by, airlines, hotels, or other suppliers of services. CTI agrees to use good faith ‘efforts to obtain refunds from service suppliers. C. CTT reserves the right in good faith to cancel the CTI Program for any reason at any time. A full refund shall be made if the CT Program is cancelled prior to its commencement. If the CTI Program i ‘canceled after it has commenced for reasons beyond CT's control, CT! shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Group returns to the United States quickly and safely and shall refund all monies for any Services not yet provided. Ifa recommendation is made by the U'S. State Department to avoid travel in ‘Countries included in the CTI Program because of possible problems and endangerment to U.S. citizens, CtI may cancel or alter the CI Program to omit those countries to be avoided. 3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ‘You agree that in the event that services, transportation, accommodations, meals, or other clements of the CT Program are delayed, postponed, canceled or otherwise not provided, CT's liability is limited to the provision of substitute or supplementary services, etc. as can be secured or provided at no ‘ditional cost to CTL or, inthe alternative, to refunding to Group an amount nat to exceed the anticipated cost to CTI of such services. 4, PROPERTY DAMAGE You agree that CTI shall not be liable for any lost or damaged property belonging to you. 5. WAIVER OF LIABILITY You agree that CTI shall not be liable for, and you hereby waive any claim against CT for, and release CTI from, any liability of any nature whatsoever for loss (including additional expenses caused by ‘delays an/or changes in services, transportation, accommodations, meals or other elements of the CTT Program), damages (including consequential damages), or injury to persons or property due to any cause ‘whatsoever, including but not limited to, any act, omission or negligence of any hotel, airline, bus ‘company, railroad, or owners or contractors providing accommodations or other services, occurring uring the duration of the CTI Program, and any loss or expense arising therefrom shall be borne solely by youand /or Group. 6 IURISDICTION This Individual Member Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, of the State of New York 7. DEVIATION FROM GROUP AIR TRAVEL DATES ‘Amaximum of 20% of Members on group flights may request a deviation from the CTI Program either on the outbound or inbound portion, but not both. A7 day window from the original group itinerary is permitted. Deviations are atthe sole discretion of the airline and subject tothe airline's ‘deviation policy and seat availablity. All proposed deviations must be submitted in writing to CTT in order to be requested. An administrative fee of $100.00 in addition to any charges and /or fare changes imposed by the airline will be assessed for each confirmed deviation. Deviation fees are due upon ‘confirmation. Deadline for submitting deviation requests is March 4, 2016, but early requests are Tecommended to secure seat availability and to minimize increased costs.
