Guacamole

Is a Cruel Mistress

Marion Winik is a writer who was born in New York
City, on the New Jersey shore. She explains how to make
and how not to make guacamole. Marions main reason for
talking about guacamole is to make sure the reader knows
the prefect way to make it.

She talks about the first time she tasted guacamole,
during her happy hour, at the age of 18 in Austin, Texas.
Then she says which ingredients you should not use like
cilantro, onion, jalapeno, etc. Dont use other bottled
pepper, because it ruins the texture and taste. If you dont
use these ingredients then the guacamole will be prefect.
The only ingredients the recape should have is avocado,
salt, lemon, and garlic. You need a ripe avocado and you
can tell when an avocado is ripe when its soft. Make sure
to put it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh or it will start to
spoil after a few days.

Marion mentions margarites and the ingredients in
that mix. She also says that she experimented with some
fancy salt, but it just ruined her prefect guacamole. So in
conclusion Marion suggest those simple ingredients for a
prefect guacamole.
