Cove U. Reber and Ellen Reber, who both died intestate on July 8, 2015
and August 3, 2015, respectively, located in Mercedes, Zamboanga
City, more particularly described, to wit:

A parcel of land (Lot 3-B-08) of the subdivision plan,
PSD-45-543265, being a portion of lot 3-B (LRC) Psd-9301234,
Situated in the Barangay of Mercedes, City of Zamboanga, Island
of Mindanao, containing an area of SEVEN THOUSAND (7,000)
SQUARE
METERS.
has been extrajudicially settled by the heirs of the above-mentioned
decedents in a
public instrument duly executed and acknowledged before Atty. Khalil
Lajarato, Notary Public, as per Doc. No. 2; Page No. 4; Book No. VII;
Series of 2015, to wit.
Kindly attached hereto is a certified true copy of the Extrajudicial
Settlement of Estate of Cove U. Reber and Ellen Reber.
We therefore request to record this Extrajudicial Settlement of
Estate of the above-mentioned parcel of land, for all legal purposes.
