Letter of Recommendation

1. In a six period, SGT McKibben has proven himself to be Noncommissioned who

possesses the ability with minimal supervision and take charge of other soldiers while
maintaining a positive attitude. This soldier has the knowledge, drive and intelligence to
take full guidance, ask questions and complete assigned task with the result that meet or
exceed the expectations of his superiors. He has demonstrated his willingness to improve
himself by taking higher skill level correspondence courses and accepts challenges with a
positive outlook. I have found SGT McKibben is a team player and has put in long hours
to get the job done.
2. SGT McKibben would make an excellent choice for any employer to hire for there team.
