Specification till the content beginning with "Effective Length for Story Stability".

Design Example
Please determine the design compression strength of the selected columns given in
the below figure. Material type is A992. You shell use the alignment charts provided
in the Specification for effective length factors in the frame plane. In out of plane
you may take effective length factors as 1.0. (Furthermore, you can use the section
tables that I sent via my previous mail.)
