I would love the opportunity to join the team of incredible yogis as a front desk
receptionist at the Breathing Room in Red Deer. I believe that my outgoing
personality, strong work ethic and compassionate nature would make me a
suitable employee for this position. I have enclosed my resume in application for
this position.
While being a member of my club and school volleyball team I have learned to
work collaboratively as a team member and learned the importance of work ethic
in order to be successful on the court. During my time score keeping, I have
learned to multitask and follow instructions to properly complete the scoresheet.
Along with this, I have learned as a referee, the importance of communication
skills. As well through my leadership volunteering program at school I learned to
be optimistic and compassionate which helped me keep an open mind while
planning student lead school events. All these skills could be put to good use
while working with customers and other employees. My compassionate nature
would be helpful while working with customers and new yogis, as well my
outgoing personality would help motivate and welcome new yogis into the yoga
community. Lastly my work ethic will help me stay on task and complete the jobs
of a receptionist effectively.
