ANSWER
Failure

and fault are virtually inseparable in most


organisations and cultures.
Every manager learns at some point that admitting
failures means taking the blame thats why the managers
fully realized and work for their success.
Failures can be a step towards success if learning and
experience is applied to overcome the hurdles.
A manager always adopts learning process after the
failure which leads to success and will be assure that the
same mistake will not happen again
Failure leads to better manager and leadership.

What kind of specific changes in control
systems would studying failure lead to?

ANSWER
The way of an organization connects its culture, control system,
management system can have an impact on the efficiency and
effectiveness of an organisation. It can be determining factors
between success and failure.
The control system includes:
Availability of technology and its complexity.
Skill & education of the workers.
Implementation.
Level of complexity and risk.
Challenge of business.

CONCLUSION
Managing a company requires many skills, intelligence,
emotional empathy, influence, charisma, planning, and
implementation to be successful. If a manager overlooks one
of these key elements in implementing structural change, the
results can be disastrous for both the company, and the
manager and it will lead to failure.
Admitting and learning from failure will ultimately
leads to a success. Failure improves performance.
